Return and Exchange Policy

At Amerifast Supply, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

Returns

We accept returns for:

• Unused Products – Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in new condition.
• Defective Products – If you receive a defective product, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.

Exchanges

Defective products may be exchanged for a replacement of the same item. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a refund.

Refunds

Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Funds will be issued back to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval.

How to Return an Item

2. Package the item securely and include any necessary documentation (order number, proof of purchase).
